Chemical Approval page - Indicate which approval requests have an Action connected to them.

When filling out the form for Chemical Approval, you can create an Action that ends up in the Actions page. But there is no indication in the Chemical Approval page which products have generated an action. Maybe a column with a Action Y/N status, or something else that indicates that an action was created from this form.
