Product approval

Suggestion from customer: When a user 1 (Ebba, see pictures) make a product request in the chemical approval module, in the request template the user write info regarding amount, max. amount and yearly usage. When the product request have been approved by user 2 (Maria) the amounts appear in the amount report. Since it is user 1 who have specified the amount, it would be better if it was this persons name in the amount report. Now the name of the user in the amount report is the person that have approved the request.
