Chemical Approval - possible to edit and add information to a request

If the approver finds that the request is incomplete it would be great if the approver can, through the system, ask the requester to add more information, and/or that the approver can add information herself that is missing in the request for. This should be possible in any state of the approval process.

    There is also a need to write a comment about what is happening regarding the desire for the product, for example that an Exposure Scenario or a later edition of the safety data sheet has been requested, before evaluation can take place.

    The approver should also be able to attach the SDS file, in case the requester has not done so.
