Rejecting a product that's once been approved

If a product has been approved for use in the chemical approval module, and afterwards turns out to be inappropriate for that use, it would be useful if you could document this in the system. This could be done for example by changing the status of the product as rejected in the approval module and adding a comment to specify the reason.
