Best would be if included in the Archive system that users can apply to an appointed administrator or team for acceptance to intruduce a new chemical to the organisation. Preferably saving the results and reason if rejected, Also saving relevant dates, names, and if special demands exixst for usage and if it is for a trial purpose etc. Also an link to do or remind of an risk accessment of the new chemcial if approved.
Would be useful. For the moment I have established a location in the Archive called "Chemicals not approved for use". The Risk assessment works as aproved/not aproved tool and the SDS can be loaded into this location. That is the ide, but I do not know if it will work because it is only a week old :-)
