The product page and columns in the My Products module do not always explain why hazard statements and classification are missing, the content/columns are instead shown as empty or with a dash "-". The explanation is usually that the product is not classified as hazardous, which can be seen in the original safety data sheet, but the problem is that the metadata in Chemical Manager does not show this.
The explanation I have been given is that there are limitations in how the new SDS editor works. But the problem is that customers have received questions/comments during inspection visits that the Chemical Manager does not explain/show that a product is missing hazard statements/classification data because the product is not classified as hazardous.
