Att Product classification to Authority Reporter

Wish: add the field Product classification to the Chemical Manager Authority Reporter to comply with Swedish legislation on environmental reporting.

Swedish legislation demands environmentally hazardous businesses to keep track of their chemicals and their annual use and product classification and hazards. The Authority reporter which aims to report to authorities the information needed from the chemical inventory does not include the product classification, only substances within the products and their classifications. Therefore the authority reported does not fulfill its purpose.

Legislation says:

7 § Verksamhetsutövaren skall förteckna de kemiska produkter samt biotekniska organismer som hanteras inom verksamheten och som kan innebära risker från hälso- eller miljösynpunkt.

Förteckningen skall uppta följande uppgifter om produkterna eller organismerna:
   1. Produkten eller organismens namn,
   2. omfattning och användning av produkten eller organismen,
   3. information om produktens eller organismens hälso- och miljöskadlighet, samt
   4. produktens eller organismens klassificering med avseende på hälso- eller miljöfarlighet.
