To avoid the reciever from misunderstanding the SDS-request, the message should be improved.

I often receive a direkte response from the distributor of the chemical with the SDS as an attachment, instead of them uploading the SDS in Eco Online.

I think this is because they don't understand that they can upload the SDS themselves, because the text is unclear.

Both the norwegian and the english text should be improved.

Instead of it saying click the link to provide feedback, it should say click the link to upload your SDS.

And also the english text might come off as a bit rude: We are missing the safety data sheet for Lauryl Palmitate, this we want made available in Norwegian. 

Maybe change this to We are missing the safety data sheet for Lauryl Palmitate, could you please make this available in Norwegian.
