Additional functions in Admin button in Legislation lists

Legislation lists are a super-useful way to get overview of chemicals that needs to be managed - for example substituted but also to register exposures or prioritize for risk assessments.

It would be great to be able to have the option to register exposures via the Admin button when in the legislation or a custom list. If a custom list for products that requires exposure registration is created with the relevant hazard statements, one could easily create the exposure directly from that list of products.
