Publish local information in mobil application and reading link

It would be useful if I could publish local information about e.g. chemicals handling, records of substances and products, Chemicals Forum and other chemicals related news. This way I will reach the users directly and it would be a great suplement to other channels like intranet and  e-mail. The published information should preferably be visiable on the front page.

    I found out about the web application but I would reach more users through the cellular app

    There is an option to add internal information to all users in the web application allready. System administrator with top level access can publish information to all users throug Administration - Administer information.

    The feature is not available in the app as is.
