Yes, we're aware that you can create a read-link/QR code that goes straight to a specific location. Still the customers want to have one GENERAL link where employees can see the whole register in case they're not sure where they can find their location's link/code.

The last client, who complained about this, has hundreds (if not thousands) locations. It wouldn't be very efficient to create read-links to every single location, because it would confuse the employees. Having one general link at their intranet is a good solution where everybody can find their location's chemicals and then specific locations can create their own links/codes to their locations.

Thank you for your valuable input. Even though it may not fully solve the need for a general access, I just want to highlight that read-links and QR codes can be created to point to a specific location to make you land on the correct locations directly.

Since the Legacy read links have stopped working, a lot of customers have asked about this. Especially very big customers find it easier that they start from the CM's front page, where users can then move to the right location instead of seeing all the products. This needs be to considered.

This is still frequently asked by our customers. According to them, opening My Products is less convenient for users than opening the CM home page.

This is very much needed so that customers don't have to update their internal guidance when they switch to new links created in the new UI.
