Emergency mode

A direct view into the abbreviated HMS-info of a chemical substance of a given location would greatly enhance emergency handling. Notepads in "kiosk-mode" with direct access to the given locations chemical substance abbreviated HMS-info, placed strategically near to the location, would offer efficient support in emergencies.
