Make it visible in the activity log when EcoOnline has replaced an SDB request with an existing SDB in the database

When EcoOnline replaces an SDB request with an existing SDB in the database, the request itself disappears from the log, and you do not know what happened to the request. A function is needed for this that tells about what has happened.
