Request for safety data sheet should be improved

When I request for a safety data sheet which is not in the database I cannot se the proces. I do not get a receipt that EcoOnline has received my request and I cannot see the workflow from request to the SDS is in the database. For one month ago I request for 3 SDS. They are still not in the database and I know nothing about the workflow.
