Global search: Dual / multiple search language

Doing global search of chemicals is avilable at one language at the time. We need to have i Norwegian and English, and often ends up with loading 1 in Norwegian and 1 i English.

The Global search should allow ticking at least 2 languages. (Norwegian and English)

    In the bottom of the list of languages, there is a selection called All. Use that one to get the hit in all languages at the same time.
