We've received feedback from customers that it would be beneficial to have possibilities to export information from CM to their other IT systems, and vice versa. For example, creating a risk assessment in CM could automatically create a task into their EHS system, and task status information could be exchanged between systems when a risk assessment is completed or a new version is created. And risk assessment is just one example, others would be e.g. creating tasks on purchasing new chemicals in other systems and linking this information to chemical approvals/substitutions in CM.
