Choose which risk assessment to copy, when more are available.

I have difficulties when more than one risk assessment is completed for a product in a specific department, and one would like to copy this product to a different department, including one or more of these risk assessments. The way system works now, all risk assessments are copied to the new department.

Is it possible to make a function, where it is possible to choose which risk assessment(s) that should be copied?
