Add SDS directly to email

I would like to be able to attach several SDS from our list to one email, all at the same time. We have to send the full SDS to many of our customers and this functionality would really make it easier and speed up the process.

Preferably I can choose which SDS I want to send each time.

    Admin response

This is a good suggestion. We have at this point made a lot of changes to the way we enable access to documents in the new application. Although you can not share via email in the way that is explained here, you can easily share single SDS via email directly from the system (product details page) and you can easily create read and QR links to specific locations and manage the active and inactive states of such links.

The feature most relatable to your suggestion would be to mass print QR links to the products you need to share with your users/customers. As an example - a file with multiple QR links would look something like this:

For reseller - there is an ongoing project where we are improving the entire application and addons available for the application. We will promote this as a possible inclusion in that project:)

Do not forget that this should be implemented in Reseller as well!

This function may be combined with a 'pack & go' offline solution, as the datasheets for one location is to be exported somewhere.
