Exposure - User connections

Deactivate eco exposure user license has no effect on the setting for users exposures. This is very illogical and gives us challenge of having control over settings. It is confusing when repeated exposure can still be generated on a deactivate user!!!

A fault/weakness in the system is that if a person responsible for the exposure registration, and this person has done a substantial amount of work there is currently no way to transfer these to the repeating exposure overview of another.

For instance when a person retires or quits, and its user gets deactivated there is no way for the users of the exposure library to access these repeating exposure.
