Take new risk assessments into account when filtering chemical inventory

The risk assessment filter options of chemical inventory don't apply for products, for which a risk assessment has been completed with the new module (Smartforms). Those are just listed as "risk not assessed". This is not beneficial e.g. when an audit is performed and you should be able to clarify which chemicals have been assessed.
