There are several fields where information is pulled directly from the safety data sheets, and here you have the option to click on “Use your own information.”

If you choose to do this, it is not possible to format the text properly. You cannot create line breaks, and the text ends up as one long, unmanageable block.

Any added text is merged into a single continuous block without paragraphs or line breaks. For example, if you want to enter H-statements and list one H-code per line, this is not possible. As a result, the text becomes difficult to read and unstructured.

Is it possible to make changes so that the text we add can be formatted in a way that makes it clear and easy to read?

Ideally, the text field should have the same formatting options as the “standard text fields” that can be added to the template.
