As it is now a risk assessment sent for approval will go out to anyone that is an admin. As per swedish law the managers have the responsability it is likely that they only do the approval but nothing else in the program. If they are also in charge of a single department or location it makes no sense for them to recieve all emails. I would like to attach a person/persons to a risk assessment so they specifically will be notififed to approve a risk assessment.
