More status options than Expired

The service team only has the option to expire an SDS despite there are different reasons for exepirring an SDS. Since the comment is so difficult to find for the customer, it would very beneficial if we had more than one status and the comment for an example could be seen as a mouse over or a pop up box when you click on the status. Status options should indicate more clearly that the SDS fall under a category like this:

  1. Expired by supplier, SDS will no longer be updated.

  2. Supplier will not collaborate with third parties, SDS cannot be updated. Send update through SDS update request.

  3. Any other reason service might have.....

Maybe give them different icons like a red circle with exclamation mark for expired and yellow triangle i exclamation mark or question mark or something with a filter option that write out what it means, I don't know, something
