Simple tracking tool to improve management of change (ISO management systems)

Currently in Chemical Manager, a user is easily able to track when changes has occurred in SDS's (SDS revisions with one click) but a tool to track the last added chemicals is not available. There is no easy way to determine who or in which function has added or removed chemicals in past. This is critical aspect in ISO management standards and requirement for solid management of change process. It could be easily added in the same form as SDS revisions.
