The way that the legislation lists and userdefined list are pulling data

they should all pull from the same point in the SDS. So that all searches is within point 2.2 and 3. NOT pt. 2.1

Section 2.1 and 2.2 are added to the SDS template in different ways. That is why section 2.2 cannot be used in legislation lists today.

But in user-defined lists, we should be able to pull data from section 2.2?
I know that the legislations lists are based on cas-number.
