Ability to delete risk assessments made in old CM

We would like to be able to delete risk assessments made in old CM so that there are no duplicates of risk assessments for the same product when making risk assessments in new CM.

    Also, it would be great if this action does not require first creating av new version and go through all the steps of validation before you can archive the product.
