Display risk assessment location view according to measures

Would like the possibility for displaying risks after measures have been completed. Location view currently includes health, fire and environment risks, before measures have been implemented (the potential risk).

    I think it would be dangerous to show all users the risk after measures. For example a really hazardous chemical, but several measures have been done, and the user just quickly browses chemical register and sees that "no risks with this chemical".
