When selecting different lists for reporting I want internal numbers included

We use our SAP R/3 for reporting storage levels and yearly consumption, hence we like to be able to use our internal numbers in lists to input into SAP. Now they are missing from the lists and I cannot see how to edit lists like Hygeniska gränsvärden to select headers to be included
