Section 2.1 enchancements

When selecting a hazard category, it would save some time if the editor would automatically pick the hazard statement from the next drop-down list that belongs to this hazard category. E.g. if the user picks Aquatic Acute -> H400 pops automatically as "recommended correct statement" that goes alongside with the category. Or if the category is STOT SE3 it would recommend 335 or 336 to the user.
