Removed standard phrase would stay as a free text phrase in next update

Would it be possible that a custom standard phrase (darker blue), which is removed from standard phrase library (for example because there are several versions of the same phrase), would change to ordinary text (light blue) in a new update/version of Safety data sheet (instead of disappearing)? Then it would be easier to check and replace it with another standard phrase.
