Add/replace/remove a std.phrase in many | EcoOnline public idea portal

Add/replace/remove a std.phrase in many safetydatasheets in one go.

If you have to make the same change for many sdss or translations of one sds, would be great to make that change without opening every sds one by one.

Now you can e.g. use copy-function, but with big amount of sdss the workload can be huge.
