Possibility to translate [Value] for H-/P-phrases as standardphrases.

When translating  an SDS to another language, there is today no way to translate the information you replace [Value] within P-phrases. I cannot save my P-phrases as standardphrases. Therefore, today when I translate the SDS, everything gets translated except that piece of information.
