Vapor pressure in section 9

I wonder why it is not possible to add value to vapor pressure in SDS in paragraph 9? The stated value in test documentation is 1.7x10-7 or 1.7E-7 mmHg. The value column does not accept x or - and not letters either. So I had to enter the value in the comment field. Of course, I could post 0.000000017, but that's an unnatural way to do it.
