Risk Assessment - Print related

Include measures and amounts on the pdf version of the risk assessment report for printing, and offer mass print of risk assessment reports on location.

    We are currently rebuilding all our applications. Last week we released a the new framework for Archive Read users. In the new interface, measures are included in risk report and you can mass print risk assessments.

    We need mass printing for risk assessments also in the new UI.
