Improvement of mail for request for MSDS

SDS request

Add a reply email address to the request mail. Suppliers own, or EcoOnlines address (optional).

Add requestors email address and phone number in signature, and remove the 8260 - number at the bottom of the page. 

Add an improved text to avoid any misunderstanding at the receivers end.

    This is a good improvement feedback. We are setting the status to "will not implement" as we plan to remake the SDS-request is placed within the new design work:)
