Create custom lists for internal use

It would be helpful if we could add our own lists based on cas.no or other identifyers.

It is possible to add these types of lists to the chemical inventory.
A top level system administrator, with access to company settings can add a Blacklist and several Greylists.
Settings allow the user to list based on numerical identifiers (like cas.no.) and Hazard statements.
