Risk assessments vs. Revision of SDS

Add column for last risk assessment date in Standard view, or make it an available option.

    We are currently rebuilding all our applications. Last week we released a the new framework for Archive Read users. In the new interface, the option to show the risk assessment date (risk evaluated) is included as an option via show/hide columns.
