External Risk Assessment adaptations

Risk Assessment of products containing an external risk assessment must offer special risks and properties to front/promote the product with warning triangle in the product view. Add Probability and consequence, substitution and conclusion template from Report stage to the Product stage. Highlight attachments external risk assessments somehow. Possibility to edit risk colour on external RA. Add colours to avoid confusion in External RA due to irregular colours from offshore legislative adaption.
