Adding a colour to a product to indicate risk level

To indicate the risk level of individual products I want to add a colour to it, just like with the chemical risk assessment. I want to be able to see the colour as well in the 'My products' section.

Or add the opportunity to add colour to my own defined text under Company info - product info - own text
