Enable scrolling in pop-up window when doing a risk assessment

The pop-up window that let's you choose location when you're going to do a risk assessment is too big for smaller laptop screens, which means you have to downsize your page to get the "confirm"-button at the bottom. This window lets you scroll down the list of locations, but as soon as you reach the last one, it stops, and will not let you scroll in the window itself. It would be nice if this was a dynamic pop-up window that fit the different screens, or that you could scroll in the window itself, not just the list. As it is now, I have to downscale the webpage to 90% to get to the button.
