EcoOnline public idea portal

There is obviously an error when searching for products. Sometimes, without any warning, it does not find specific products that I know exists and from vendors that exists. I have to log out and back in to the system before the search function works. This makes a LOT of extra work as always have to double and triple check whe it does not find a product that I am not sure exists in the system. Could you please improve this as this is very time consuming.
