More user-friendly surface in smartphone APP.

It becomes more manageable for smartphone app users as there are fewer choices in the menu.

The advantage is it's not that confusing when you're a smartphone app user.

Risk assessment and Substitution should be able to be deselected or selected in administration module on PC, thereby they would not be visible or visible in user smartphone APP.
