2 PART SIGN OFF - Manager Approval, assign the document

Can we get a 2 part sign off? We need the user to be able to add a sign off component into risk template in Smartforms that shows all users on the system who can approve the assessments, The user completing the assessment then picks the user they want to assign the document to. The doc is then reviewed by the user as the user can filter out what is pending review in their account. There is no need for email notification if this is controlled by user access roles.
