Duplicate Feature for Risk assessments. Allows user to copy already completed assessment and edit after

Can we have a duplicate risk assessment feature where the user can copy an already completed and published assessment in another location. They can edit the assessment after. Speeds up completing assessments on same products in multiple departments. Very much required in healthcare sector.
