Make it possible to Archive an entire location (plats in swedish)

It is very complicated to erase every chemical, archived chemical and action in order to erase a location in chemical manager.

Start from the Location page in new Chemical Manager. Click the yellow Admin button in the top right corner. Select the locations you want to archive and click Archive from the menu at the bottom of the page.
