Show risk assessments not signed by manager

It would be great if we somehow could filter out which risk assessments are signed by a manager and which are not yet signed. It is a bit tricky for the manager at the moment to find the unsigned risk assessments.

    Risk assessments created in new Chemical Manager can be filtered on signed and unsigned documents. This will make it easier for the manager to find unsigned documents.
