Show a summary of how many SDS licenses we have bought/used.

In new CM, I cannot calculate how many licenses we have used by simply adding active and archived SDS. Documents in Local Publisher not added to a location will not display, even though they use a license.

Would also be good to have a similar summary of user licenses.

    There is a free license report in Reports and Analytics that everybody has access to.
