Automatic filter/report for notification on the use and storage of dangerous chemicals (kemikaali-ilmoitus)

Small and large scale users of chemicals are required to submit a notification on the use and storage of dangerous chemicals (kemikaali-ilmoitus) to the local rescue authorities. It would be extremely helpful and time-saving to have an automatic filter or report for this, as the notification includes only specific chemicals and specific hazard statements. If the report could even sort the chemicals and amounts into the right cells in the authorities' notification table, it would be extra efficient.
