Overview of Custom lists is confusing - Hide Ones and Zeros

When you open to edit the Custom List Reports all lists are marked without having the "tick box" ticked. This have caused confusion and a request to have the numbers hidden have come to mind.

Is there any reason for these numbers to be shown? Only thing I can see is that they sum up whats to be shown in the top left courner (total number). If the 1s and 0s are hidden (the tick box indikates this already) it would look better in the tool.
