Receive marker, message or warning when extended SDS for a product is received

We must have a register of when the extended SDS for various substances has been received, so that we do not risk exceeding the 12-month deadline for implementation when we receive new or changed SDSs. It would be easier for us to keep track of this if there is a function in the system that informs or warns us when the system receives extended SDSs.
